Camp Focaccia Fun: Bake & Create (Ages 12-15)

Join us for a hands-on culinary adventure where kids will learn to make delicious focaccia bread from scratch! Using a simple, kid-friendly recipe, campers will explore basic focaccia-making techniques, discover how adjust to make different loaf sizes, and get creative with toppings like herbs, cheeses, and veggies. Perfect for budding bakers who love to mix, knead, and taste their creations!

Bonus: Each camper will receive an official EICC Summer Camp apron to keep.

Important: Participants must wear close-toed shoes, keep hair pulled back, and leave dangling jewelry at home. Aprons will be provided—please bring a bowl with a lid for proofing.
