Ok, you love Amazing Pizza, but am intimidated and want to learn how to make it at home; well this is the class for you. We will make dough from start to finish, we will talk about flour, the yeast you’re using – water temperature – you get it, full-on nerd out on pizza. Then we will stretch some dough – talk about rolling vs hand stretch. We will be making dough from scratch for a thin crust. This class will also give you tips and tricks for toppings and getting that combination of ingredients to create that crave for you and your friends and family. We will cook in our open-flame pizza oven and show you how to replicate the process with a pizza stone in your oven. We will use a variety of fresh and delicious ingredients such as fresh mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, sausage, prosciutto and figs – top, bake and eat – repeat.
