This course is designed to teach the theory, preparation, and decoration of cheesecakes and custards. Throughout Learn about ingredients, baking methods, and design for cheesecakes and custards. A hands-on experience baking cheesecakes/custards as well as whipped cream, fruit fillings and sauces to use as décor. Recipes in this course include New York style cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake, and crème caramel.
