Cheesecakes and Custards

This course is designed to teach the theory, preparation, and decoration of cheesecakes and custards. Throughout this course students will learn about ingredients, baking methods, and design for cheesecakes and custards. Students will receive a hands-on experience baking cheesecakes/custards as well as whipped cream, fruit fillings and sauces to use as décor. Recipes in this course include New York style cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake, and crème caramel.
