You understand the importance of keeping your staff engaged, motivated, and committed to their work. However, doing that successfully is not an easy task.  Numerous factors influence staff motivation and being able to identify those emotions is one of the keys to successful leadership. The often-cited Top 10 Skills for 2020, developed by the World Economic Forum, includes knowing and using these fundamental emotional intelligence, people management and people coordination skills. In this class you will receive feedback and continue to develop the emotional intelligence skills that most impact the engagement of your employees. This class includes the Genos International 180° assessment that measures your skills and behaviors, a $300 value. To allow time for your staff to complete their portion of the survey, registration closes two weeks before the class.
