TIPS on Premise is offered to those employees who serve alcohol which will be consumed in the establishment. Employees learn strategies for serving alcohol responsibly while providing the best possible customer service. TIPS (Training Intervention Procedures) training is a dynamic, skills-based training program designed to prevent intoxication, drunk driving, and underage drinking by enhancing the fundamental "people skills" of servers, sellers, and consumers of alcohol. This program is sponsored by Gateway IMPACT Coalition. This is a free class.
