The PMI-ACP®?spans many approaches to agile such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, extreme programming (XP), and test-driven development (TDD). It will increase your versatility, wherever your projects may take you. 

This PMI Agile course will teach you to use an Agile approach to effectively manage a project's schedule, scope, budget, quality, and team. Additionally, you will learn related effective methods and best practices you can apply to your team and with customers. By course completion, you will have the skills and knowledge to take the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ® certification. 

The PMI-ACP certification clearly illustrates to colleagues, organizations, or even potential employers that you are ready and able to lead in this new age of product development, management, and delivery. Note: A voucher for the exam is NOT included in this program. Be sure to review the pre-requisites for taking the exam. 

This program is online and entirely self-paced. You can begin anytime and will have 3 months to complete the program once you begin.
