CMAA with Medical Billing and Coding (Online)

Are you looking to move into the healthcare field? This course will teach you how Administrative Medical Assistants are versatile and valuable healthcare team members who handle a broad range of duties. You will also be prepared for the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) national certification exam offered by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). Then, you will become prepared for success as you learn about medical billers and coders. This course offers valuable training as you learn about legal, ethical, and regulatory concepts central to this field, including HIPAA compliance, official coding guidelines, and third-party payer requirements. You will also be able to choose a voucher for the professional certification that best aligns with your interests and career goals. The program is entirely self-paced and books and materials are included. You can begin anytime and will have twelve months to complete the program once you begin.
