« back to classes page
This class is for past graduates of the EICC Frontline Leadership program. The first portion will cover a topic relevant to many leaders right now – understaffing. Although it can be a persistent challenge, understaffing also be the catalyst for clarity, creativity, and stronger team alignment. This session will help you reframe this situation from a crisis to be endured, to a strategic condition to be navigated with skill. The focus is not “doing more with less,” but about doing the right things with the resources you have, while keeping your employees engaged and supported.

Finally, you will have an open conversation shaped by the experiences, questions, and challenges you bring to the room. Through reflective dialogue, shared insights, and supportive coaching, you will explore real situations, gain new perspectives, and identify practical strategies for addressing difficult interactions at work. Feel free to bring any recent struggles with a specific work situation or relationship.

This class creates a safe, judgment-free environment where participants can speak openly, learn from one another, and walk away with actionable ideas tailored to their unique situations.

Pre-requisite: Attendees must have completed the EICC Frontline Leadership program.
