In this six-week genealogy course, you explore how to get started, set clear research goals, and organize your findings. You learn effective internet search strategies, how to locate and understand census records, and how to use vital records while evaluating reliable sources. You also discover valuable offline resources such as libraries, newspapers, and courthouse records. The final session focuses on preserving photos and documents and provides time for questions and individual assistance.
