Step into the exciting world of 3D printing! In this hands-on summer camp, you’ll explore the history and evolution of 3D printing technology and discover how it’s shaping industries today. Youth will the basics of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create simple 3D models, prepare files for printing, and understand the workflow from design to finished product.

You’ll also learn how to find free, ready-to-print files online and gain practical experience by printing your own parts to take home. We’ll cover the different types of 3D printers available on the market, their features, and the costs associated with owning and operating them.

By the end of camp, you’ll have the skills to design, source, and print your own creations—perfect for hobbyists, future engineers, and innovators!
