Pizza Party: Dough & Design (Ages 10-15)

Who can resist a hot, cheesy pizza? In this hands-on summer camp, young chefs will craft their own pizza dough from scratch and learn fun techniques like braiding and shaping. We’ll also cover basic knife skills to round out the lesson. At the end of camp, everyone takes home their personal pizza masterpiece to share!

Bonus: Each camper will receive an official EICC Summer Camp apron to keep.

Important: Participants must wear close-toed shoes, keep hair pulled back, and leave dangling jewelry at home. Aprons will be provided—please bring containers to take your creations home.
