Summer Camp: What could be more enticing than a pleasing plate of cupcakes? In this two-day cooking course, bakers will craft two different kinds of cupcakes and learn the simple techniques to take a simple home baked treat to a confection only found in bakeries! 

Bonus: Each participant receives an official EICC Summer Camp apron to keep.

Important: Wear close-toed shoes, keep hair pulled back, and leave dangling jewelry at home. Aprons will be provided—please bring containers to take your treats home.
