Leadership often means facing problems that don’t come with clear answers—and when the challenges pile up, it can feel paralyzing. This session is designed to help you move from overwhelmed to empowered.

Problem Solving in Leadership equips leaders with the mindset and tools to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges with confidence. You’ll learn how to slow down, assess the situation, and develop thoughtful solutions—even when the path forward isn’t obvious.

What you’ll gain:

  • Clarity on which problems require deeper thinking, and how to approach those with subjective or unclear solutions.

  • A step-by-step framework to understand complex challenges, so you can stop spinning and start solving.

  • Confidence to propose solutions, even when the stakes are high or the outcomes uncertain.

  • Strategies to build a team culture that embraces problem solving, collaboration, and thoughtful decision-making.

This class is ideal for leaders who feel stuck under the weight of too many problems—and are ready to lead with clarity, courage, and purpose.

This class is part of our Advanced Frontline Leadership program. Attend all five classes to earn the Advanced Frontline Leadership microcredential.
