This session is for those looking to build or improve their skills as mentors. You will: 

  • Learn methods for mentors to receive the most benefit from the mentoring relationship. 
  • Develop action plans to improve any skills needed to maintain effective ongoing mentoring relationships with protégés. 
  • Craft strategies to work through potential common problems experienced with protégés.
