Advanced Frontline Leadership addresses the challenges of building and sustaining trust, re-establishing trust, building resilience, motivating employees of all career stages and generations, leading with empathy and humility, and addressing problems that have subjective solutions. This five-module series builds on the foundation of supervisory and leadership skills acquired during the ten-module EICC Frontline Leadership course.
