Advanced Frontline Leadership

Pre-Requisite: Completion of EICC Frontline Leadership or similar. 

Modern media raises a flag regarding rapid changes in the workplace, the essential nature of trust, and adaptability as a core skill for leaders. Yet, building and applying empathy, trust, resilience, motivation, and problem-solving skills are challenges managers and leaders have been facing for decades. 

Advanced Frontline Leadership addresses the challenges of building and sustaining trust, re-establishing trust, building resilience, motivating employees of all career stages and generations, leading with empathy and humility, and addressing problems that have subjective solutions. This five-module series builds on the foundation of supervisory and leadership skills acquired during the ten-module EICC Frontline Leadership course.  

By the end of this course, you will have gained practical skills and tools to be the successfully leading a thriving team.
