A comprehensive coaching course that will provide you with the essential skills, knowledge and credentials required for your coaching authorization, as well as, being an effective and successful coach.
 
This course meets the following requirements: Structure and Function of the Human Body; Prevention and Care of Athletic Injuries; Human Growth and Development and Theory/Methods and Ethics of Coaching.
 
*This online class is offered over Zoom video webinar platform. The textbook and materials are included in the class fee, and the instructor will make arrangements to pick up the materials. This training also requires either a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access and audio and video capabilities. We will send you the Zoom link to the email address you provide at registration, 1-2 days before class.
