« back to classes page
In this two-session camp, you will explore the creative process of making zines—handmade mini-magazines on topics that reflect your unique interests, stories, or ideas. Over the course of the camp, you will brainstorm content, learn visual storytelling techniques, and experiment with scrapbooking, drawing, and other techniques to create your own personalized zines. You will experiment with different zine formats and layout designs while crafting a finished zine to share with your friends, family, and peers. Materials will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring any specific pictures, your own magazines, stickers, or anything else you would like to add to your zine.
