Beginning Knitting- Dish Cloth Edition

Come learn the basics of knitting by creating a triangle and rectangular dishcloth! When knitting the triangle dishcloth you will learn basic knitting abbreviations, how to cast on using the long tail method, the knit stitch, and the garter stitch pattern.  When creating the rectangular dish cloth, you will learn how to follow a pattern, practice casting on stitches, the purl stitch, and how to bind off when finished.   

A materials fee of $26 is due to the instructor at the first class.  

Please note this class will be held at The Wooden Looms on 139 5th Ave South in Clinton, IA.
