« back to classes page
Join us for an enchanting outdoor evening of star gazing in the beautiful Bickelhaupt Gardens. This guided experience blends the wonder of astrology—the stories, symbols, and meanings humans have assigned to the stars—with the science of astronomy, exploring planets, constellations, and celestial phenomena visible in the night sky.
Participants will learn how to identify key constellations, understand the movement of stars and planets, and discover how ancient cultures interpreted the skies, all while enjoying the peaceful setting of the gardens after dark. This class is welcoming to all skill and knowledge levels, whether you’re a curious beginner or a lifelong sky watcher.
Dress for the weather, bring a blanket or chair for comfort, and prepare to slow down, look up, and reconnect with the night sky in a truly memorable outdoor experience.
