This gentle and accessible Chair Yoga class is designed to support overall well-being through mindful movement and relaxation. Using seated and supported standing positions, the class focuses on improving flexibility, balance, strength, and breath awareness. You’ll be guided through slow, intentional movements that encourage you to stretch safely and reconnect with your body at your own pace.
In addition to light physical movement, the class incorporates calming breathing techniques and relaxation practices to help reduce stress and support a balanced nervous system. The welcoming and supportive environment makes it easy to feel comfortable, whether you are new to yoga or returning to movement.
While this class is thoughtfully designed with seniors in mind, participants of all ages and ability levels are welcome. Chairs will be provided, and those who prefer to practice without a chair are encouraged to bring their own mat. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
