This full-day, interactive workshop equips HR professionals to move from functional support to strategic influence. Participants will strengthen their ability to contribute at the leadership table, communicate with impact, and build alignment across both union and non-union environments—supporting stronger labor-management relationships.
 
Morning: HR as a Strategic Partner
Focuses on elevating HR’s voice and credibility. Participants will learn to:
  • Show up with clarity and confidence in leadership and labor-management conversations.
  • Translate HR insights into business and labor impact.
  • Communicate effectively across leadership, frontline, and union/non-union stakeholders.
  • Build trust to strengthen collaboration and alignment.
Afternoon: Rewiring the Way We Think
Centers on improving thinking and decision-making to navigate complex people dynamics. Participants will:
  • Slow down thinking and avoid “logic leaps.”
  • Practice real-world scenarios involving conflict, differing perspectives, and competing priorities.
  • Shift from reactive to intentional decision-making.
  • Strengthen outcomes by focusing on facts, shared goals, and respectful dialogue.
