This Personal Trainer exam review course is designed to help you successfully prepare for the ACE Personal Training exam. Topics include: anatomy, biomechanics, exercise physiology, fitness testing and health assessment, nutrition, exercise prescription, equipment usage, special populations, legal and safety issues.
