Eastern Iowa Community Colleges, in conjunction with the Scott, Clinton and Muscatine County District Courts, provide adults charged with misdemeanor offenses an educational program as an alternative sentencing program. The purpose of the class is to give you the opportunity to look at your own behavior and discover the factors that caused you to develop and exhibit unlawful habits. Viable alternatives will be presented to assist your improvement. You hold the key to success of this program. It is up to you to make the most of this day.
 
*This online class is offered over Zoom video webinar platform. This training requires the Adult Misdemeanor Participant Workbook to attend. This can be picked up at the Clinton Community College Main Campus, 1000 Lincoln Blvd., Clinton, IA 52732; the Maquoketa Center, 501 W. Washington St. Maquoketa, IA 52060; Muscatine Community College Student Service Center, 152 Colorado St. Muscatine, IA 52761; or the Urban Campus, 101 West Third Street, Davenport, IA 52801. This training will also require a computer, smartphone or tablet with internet access. We will send your classroom login instructions for Zoom via email 1-2 days before class. If you do not receive an email with a link, call our Continuing Education office at (563) 336-3444.

Please read:  *This online class is offered over the Zoom video webinar platform and requires the Adult Misdemeanor packet to attend. The packet must be picked up before the class at one of the locations below. Before the class thoroughly read the packet and follow the instructions. This online training also requires a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access and audio and video capabilities. You will receive an email from rhoaglin@eicc.edu containing the Zoom link one or two days before class (please be sure to check your junk and spam folder). If you do not receive an email with a link, call our Continuing Education office at (563) 336-3444. Note the Continuing Education office is open Monday-Thursday, 8 am-5:30 pm in June and July. All college offices are closed on Fridays and the weekends. Students must address any issues regarding the class during office hours. Students must attend and actively participate in the entirety of the class. A 30-minute lunch break is provided. Late admittance to the course and from breaks, as well as leaving early is not permitted, and students must re-register at their own expense.
