This is a review of the care planning process under OBRA guidelines: identification of needs through assessment, writing goals and approaches and an evaluation of the process through reassessment and documentation for the medical records. This is a required course for dietary manager students. Continuing education has been approved for Healthcare Facility Foodservice Supervisors.
