Field experiences consist of independent study modules that provide a series of experiences to be completed in the student’s facility under the supervision of a Preceptor. Prerequisite: Completed or enrolled in Foodservice Management/Human Resource Management. Approved for continuing education for Health Care Facility Foodservice Supervisors.
